Important: Independent Contractor Agreement Required

Before submitting a proposal for this job, please acknowledge that you are responsible for putting an independent contractor agreement in place directly with the Customer.

This agreement between you and the Customer should clearly outline the terms of your engagement, including key details such as:

  • Scope of Work
  • Project Timeline
  • Deliverables
  • Confidentiality
  • Payment Terms (all invoicing and payment transactions for services initiated on Profoundly must take place exclusively on the platform, with all payments securely processed through Stripe; any attempt to communicate or transact outside the platform constitutes a direct violation of Profoundly's Terms of Use)

By clicking "I Understand and Agree," you confirm that you will put an independent contractor agreement in place with the Customer for this job before commencing work, and that you understand and agree to the platform's payment processing requirements.
